Who we are

DropReselling is a UK membership service for independent online sellers. Contact: hello@dropreselling.com.

What membership is

Membership gives you access to our members group, drop sheets, and the ability to buy single pieces of branded stock from our warehouse at member wholesale prices. When one of your listed pieces sells, you pay us the wholesale price for that piece and we pack and ship it directly to your buyer.

What membership is not

It is not a job, an investment, or a guarantee of income. Your results depend on your own effort, your pricing, and the marketplaces you sell on. We make no income promises anywhere, and anyone who tells you otherwise does not speak for us.

Your responsibilities

• Follow the rules of any marketplace you sell on. Your accounts on those platforms are yours and your responsibility.
• Describe pieces accurately to your buyers and handle your buyer communication honestly.
• Pay the wholesale price for a piece promptly once your buyer has paid you, so we can ship it on time.

Our responsibilities

• Hold, pack and ship pieces you have sold and paid for, to the buyer address you give us, within the dispatch window stated in the members group.
• Keep drop sheets and vault stock information as accurate as we reasonably can.
• If a piece you paid for is unavailable or arrives to your buyer not as described by us, we will make it right with a replacement or a refund of what you paid us for that piece.

Payments, cancelling and cooling off

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the paid period. Under UK consumer law you may have a 14 day cooling off right on your membership purchase; if you use member benefits during that period, a deduction for what has been used may apply. Full statutory rights are unaffected.

Age

You must be 18 or older to purchase, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

The group

The members group is a shared space. Be sound. We can remove anyone who scams, spams, or makes it worse for everyone else, and repeated or serious behaviour like that can end a membership without refund of past periods.

Independence

DropReselling is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Vinted, Depop, eBay or any marketplace.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
